TALiNT Partners hires a Progamme Director for the Employer Community

We are delighted to welcome Stephanie Cook to TALiNT Partners as Programme Director for our Employer Community.

Stephanie joins us at a pivotal moment for talent, HR and workforce leaders. Organisations are facing unprecedented challenges around skills, AI, workforce transformation, productivity, leadership capability and the changing economics of work. More than ever, leaders need trusted networks, practical insight and meaningful peer-to-peer collaboration.

Stephanie brings a wealth of experience in building high-value communities, creating impactful learning experiences and helping HR leaders navigate change. Her appointment reflects our continued investment in supporting employers as they rethink not just who does the work, but how work gets done.
