Ken Brotherston

Managing Director

Ken has vast experience successfully running & building global businesses across the TA & recruitment ecosystem. Ken leads the TALiNT Partners team, helping to create exceptional experiences for our audiences.

 With over 30 years’ industry experience including Board positions at Robert Walters, Korn/Ferry International, Morgan McKinley, and as HR Director Fidelity Investments. He also sits on the Recruitment and Development Committee at Oxfam.

David Head


David has built up a unique insight and network in the sector. He has a global perspective with a particular focus on the UK, Australia, Japan, the Middle East, Europe and the US.

With over 35 years’ experience within the recruitment industry and is the Founder of the renowned industry publication Recruitment International, now TALiNT International.

Alex Evans

Programme Director

Alex specialises in developing and running awards, conferences, magazines and membership communities delivering exceptional business insight.

Alex has over 20 years’ experience working with publishing, events, awards and business networks. Working with companies including UBM, The Supper Club and the National Business Awards.

Debra Sparshott

Employer Programme Director

Debra leads our Employer Programme, curating insights and tailoring solutions to leaders in Talent Acquisition including the bespoke diagnostic tool the Talent Acquisition Benchmark Programme and the TALiNT Advantage Programme.

Previous experience includes Global Solutions Development Director at Hays Talent Solutions as well as senior client-facing roles at Randstad and Reed. 

Sarah Arnold

Events & Marketing Director

Sarah leads the events and marketing team, growing engagement with key audiences around the globe and deliverying an array of amazing event experiences. She also makes sure our metrics inform our strategy and services.

Over 15 years’ marketing experience working with Jobsite, idibu, Unleash, SourceBreaker, Odro and numerous recruitment agencies.

Andy Daniel

Commercial Director

Andy is one of the best-connected people in the industry and ensures we have a pipeline of new sponsors who become long-term partners and get a superb return on their investment.

Over 18 years’ industry experience working with sponsors, with companies including Centaur and Redactive Media.

Christine Brotherston

HR & Operations Director

Christine runs our HR & Operations, utilising her extensive HR experience to ensure our operations are compliant, efficient and support our event experiences and services to our audiences.

With over 25 years’ experience within senior HR roles including Cable and Wireless and as Head of HR for Barclaycard UK. 

Tracey Klein


Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Tracey is a leader in the workforce solutions industry, creating strategic roadmaps, identifying and managing global partnerships and implementing workforce management process improvement strategies. 

Her previous role was Head of Insights and Strategy at Allegis Global Solutions, and has also worked with workforce management businesses, Getting Hired and Adecco.

Charlotte Agnew

Awards Manager

Charlotte manages the delegates for our bespoke events, ensuring key delegates attend and engage.

Charlotte has over 15 years experience including Human Performance consultancy, HR Business Partnering and employee engagement roles across Unilever, Cadburys and Accenture. 

Joanne Christie


Jo is one of our feature writers. She has been a journalist for 15 years and has written for a wide range of consumer and industry publications including The Times, The Guardian, Personnel Today, HRZone, TheSite, Executive PA and The Complete University Guide.

Kirsty Britten

Events Executive

Kirsty looks after the events within TALiNT Partners, ensuring that delegates, speakers and sponsors have a rewarding experience.

Kirsty has 2 years’ prior experience working for global technology companies specialising in marketing and events.

Annabelle Humphreys

Events & Marketing Assistant

Annabelle looks after our social channels and design of all our content, including TALiNT International Magazine, insights, whitepapers and reports.

  Annabelle is a recent graduate of Peter Symonds College and has successfully completed her apprenticeship programme.

Jayne Corbett

Event Manager

Jayne looks after the acquisition and relationship management of delegates and speakers for TALiNT Partners’ program of events.

She has 20 years’ experience in the IT Recruitment industry and 3 years’ working within the events sector, working with companies including Software Personnel, Spring Technology Staffing and Crimson.

Marnie Clarke

Features Writer

Marnie is one of our feature writers and has a strong generalist HR background, with particular expertise in employee relations, policy development, leadership development, recruitment and selection, performance management and development of competency frameworks.

Dawn Gibson

Features Writer

Dawn edits and produces a wide diversity of content for TALiNT International, including blogs, analysis, research, whitepapers and high-profile interivews.

She has more than 20 years’ experience working across various platforms in the UK and internationally, including Western Australian Newspapers Limited and ITP Media Group.

Christina Marfice

US Features Writer

Christina has more than a decade of writing and marketing experience. She started her career as a newspaper journalist covering U.S. politics, and has since written for major magazines and sites including Time, Huffington Post, Washington Post, USA Today and more.
