Hosted by Grant Thornton, this session will be led by remuneration and incentives specialist Simon Patterson. A Partner with Farient Advisors, Simon has over 30 years’ experience as a trusted advisor to an array of listed and privately held companies.

An author on subjects related to executive pay, chair of the European Compensation & Benefits Conference, and a member of the UK’s Remuneration Consulting Group, Simon developed the ‘CEO Value Index’ in 2012. The Index is now a widely published measure of shareholder value created for every £1 paid in realized CEO compensation.
