The workshop will be led by Khyati Pal, a business transformation specialist with deep expertise in operational design, data architecture, and technology-led change across recruitment and professional services. Over the past 18 months, Khyati has focused specifically on agentic AI, developing a strong working understanding of agent architectures, which has given her practical, cross-platform experience in how different types of agents are designed, governed, and embedded into real business workflows.
