Jim McCoy Atlas CEOJim McCoy is the CEO of Atlas, the largest Direct provider of EOR services. In this role, Jim leads a team of 300 professionals who support more than 5,000 client employees with payroll, benefits and immigration services in 160 countries and territories.
Prior to his work at Atlas, Jim was SVP and Head of Enterprise Solutions for ManpowerGroup, where he has worked for the better part of 14 years. In that role, Jim and his team were responsible for the 350 largest ManpowerGroup clients in North America. Previously Jim spent nine years building ManpowerGroup’s global Recruitment Outsourcing business, expanding it into 56 countries and achieving leadership in the industry in scale and revenue.
Jim is a known industry-champion in human capital globally. He is regularly featured as a speaker at global industry events and media on topics ranging from labor market and economic trends to equity in recruitment and employment practices.

Marcus Sawyerr EQ App Founder & CEOMarcus Sawyer is the Founder and CEO of EQ App, a company leveraging AI to revolutionize how businesses connect with networks and information for growth in sales, marketing, and recruiting1. With over 15 years of experience in HR tech and recruiting, Marcus has established himself as a forward-thinking innovator in the industry.
Before founding EQ App, Marcus held significant roles at CareerBuilder, where he started in ad sales, and at The Adecco Group, where he served as Global President of Adecco Group X, focusing on building technology solutions.
He has also been a member of the Microsoft Services Executive Board and an investor, showcasing his diverse expertise and leadership in the tech and recruitment sectors.
Originally from London and now based in Silicon Valley, Marcus has a global perspective, having visited over 107 countries. This international experience has been instrumental in building the EQ Community, which champions inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

Kip Wright Wright Path Advisors CEO & FounderKip Wright is the founder and CEO of Wright Path Advisors, a strategic advisory services firm that focuses on the staffing and human capital services sectors, Wright Path services include strategic guidance, organizational alignment, process improvement, financial optimization, M&A transactional support, and executive roundtables.
In his three plus decade career, Wright has served in numerous leadership roles with public and private staffing and workforce solution companies. As CEO and Chairman of INSPYR Solutions (previously Genuent), Wright oversaw their expansion from a $70M regional provider to a national provider with over $350M in revenues. As Senior Vice President of Manpower, North America, he successfully led Manpower’s $2 billion contingent staffing line of business for the United States and Canada. Wright also served as Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup Solutions in North America, Wright joined ManpowerGroup through the acquisition of COMSYS / TAPFIN where he served in several executive roles including Senior Vice President of Managed Solutions, Chief Financial Officer and President of TAPFIN.
Wright began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Considered a leader in the field of human capital and workforce fulfillment, Wright is the recipient of numerous awards. He is a five-time recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Staffing 100” award, recognizing the most influential leaders in the staffing industry. Under his direction, TAPFIN became the gold standard for contingent workforce management providers and was the largest global MSP for four years running. TAPFIN was also recognized by Everest Group as the top performer in the MSP space three years in a row.
Wright carries his business degree from Louisiana State University. He is also a passionate champion for Diversity, Equity, and inclusion. In addition to mentoring a number of minority and women-owned staffing businesses throughout the years, Wright currently serves as a Board member for INSPYR Solutions, TechServe Alliance, and the Women Business Collaborative, and has participated on numerous other boards, including OnForce and Homemade Gourmet.
