About this Event
Today’s talent challenges are creating a paradox for employers. Organisations report growing skills shortages, while many candidates say it is becoming harder to secure opportunities. At the same time, AI is changing how work gets done, workforce demographics are shifting, and Talent leaders are under increasing pressure to demonstrate business impact.
This exclusive Lunch & Learn will explore the forces reshaping talent acquisition and workforce planning, and what they mean for organisations looking to remain competitive, resilient and future-ready.
Join a select group of senior Talent Acquisition, HR and Workforce leaders for an engaging and insight-led session as we examine how leading employers are responding to changing skills demands, evolving candidate expectations, the growing role of AI, and the challenges of building sustainable talent strategies in an increasingly complex labour market.
Through expert presentations, panel discussion, peer learning and facilitated roundtables, we’ll focus on practical actions leaders can take now to strengthen workforce capability, improve hiring outcomes and drive measurable business value.
