I’ve probably been to more recruiting conferences than anyone else in the world, which means I screwed up somewhere along my career path. Talent & TIARAS was a refreshing exception in that it was driven by the practitioners rather than the vendors, the sessions were engaging and interactive, and the main presentations were more about how to than what if – practice beats theory every day. And that practice was pretty perfect at this event.
