Engaging Elusive Early Talent across APAC

The early candidate experience is a virtual one.  During the pandemic a gentle transition to an on-line application process became a tidal wave of tech, from bots, to video interviewing, gamification and VR.  This has made borderless early talent acquisition both easier and cheaper.

Students like virtual events, and the ability to self-serve throughout the application process, yet employers saw record levels of dropouts and post-offer reneges across all sectors.  What was happening?

On 15^th September, TALiNT Partners will host a virtual roundtable breakfast for Early Talent and TA Leaders across the APAC region, in partnership with regional experts from AMS, to share insight and real experiences, and explore how organizations are responding change, both in the regional employment landscape and in candidate expectations, to recruit the right talent for their future strategic goals.
