TALiNT Partners, TA Leaders Horizons Summit
When it comes to confident decision-making there is nothing more enabling than great insight.
On 2nd March, TALiNT Partners will hold our Talent Leaders Horizons Summit at The Kings Fund in London.
Through keynote presentations, panel Q&A, and peer discussions we will hear from thought leaders in talent acquisition across EMEA, solutions experts and leading TA technology providers, giving a multi-dimensional view of the evolving recruitment and candidate markets.
With thought-provoking conversation, topics will include:
- The role of technology in talent acquisition and organisational maturity on the continuum
- Building flexibility and agility into strategic workforce planning for an unpredictable 2023
- Shifting candidate expectations and how they might respond to a market downturn
- Shaping culture and structure to improve workforce wellbeing
In a packed agenda we will hear keynote presentations from industry-leading experts:
Tony Wilson, Institute Director and Dan Lucy, Chartered Psychologist and Director of HR Research and Consulting at The Institute of Employment Studies. They will share their latest findings on how global trends are informing and transforming priorities in talent acquisition this year.
Nic Marks, CEO of Friday Pulse Ltd. It is now well understood that well-being and happiness at work are critical to supporting attraction and addressing attrition but too often these are addressed by gimmicks and short-term initiatives.
This invitation only event brings together senior TA leaders and talent strategists to explore best practices and innovations which are optimising TA and Resourcing capability and enabling effective leadership in the delivery of great talent to their organisations.
Register now to secure your place, with further information & agenda to follow in due course.
