Alison has spent twenty plus years in the world of people and talent – from her first job in executive recruitment, to sales at monster.com and then into the world of talent research and intelligence, which was where she spotted the opportunity for Stratigens – to bridge the gap between strategy and execution with data.
Lou has spent over 15 years in Recruitment with the last 6 years focussing on Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Engagement and Talent Intelligence. She currently leads Talent Intelligence for the UK & Ireland TA team at EY with the aim of supporting business leaders with key decision making when it comes to talent, utilising intelligence for attraction strategies and using her passion for TI to support the wider Talent Acquisition team having a more data driven mentality.
Declan uses his deep domain expertise and experience across the end-to-end talent eco-system to build a world class network of talent leaders.
Declan was most recently Head of Talent Attraction at global financial institution, NatWest and is widely recognised as a leading authority on talent attraction and employer branding.
Ken has extensive experience successfully running and building global businesses across the TA and recruitment ecosystem. Ken leads the TALiNT Partners team.
