TA Momentum 2024: Assess, Adapt, and Accelerate Your Talent

This half day workshop is an opportunity for TA and HR leaders to network with their peers and industry experts to gain fresh perspectives and validate their strategies around some of the biggest issues facing their organisations. Our goal is to facilitate a productive morning of candid sharing and problem solving. 

The specific themes we will be covering are: 

• Unleashing the power of data analytics and insights to craft a dynamic talent acquisition strategy.  
• Future-proofing your employer value proposition (EVP) by ensuring it communicates the unique benefits you offer and that it is dynamic to reflect the priorities of a diverse internal and external talent pool. 
• Crafting an innovative approach to acquiring in-demand skills and cultivating the flexible workforce you need. What are the different factors that motivate and engage different segments of the workforce as our demographics change? 
• Developments in skills based assessments are revolutionising the way we approach talent acquisition and talent management. What are the implications for adapting your hiring practices? 
• Why and how are more companies moving to in-house management of contingent workers? It is not just about cost saving; its about agility, quality and the strategic alignment to the company culture.
