Diverse talent acquisition is still a challenge for organisations, despite over a decade of strategic and tactical focus.  With a new momentum arising from events in 2020 we will be discussing why creating a culture of inclusivity remains aspirational rather than something we can take for granted. 

Our guest speakers will talk frankly about their own D&I Journey and share what they have learned along the way – the do’s and the don’ts. 

We will look at what needs to change if existing strategies fail to make a real difference in the workplace. 

This fast-paced event will deliver valuable insight, experience and expertise from senior talent leaders and solution providers through punchy presentations and panel Q&A, giving you the opportunity to take a step back, learn from our expert speakers and ask any questions.
