TALiNT Middle East Conference:
Building successful and inclusive organisations for the future
Recruitment & HR Leaders
About the Event
As in many parts of the world, Covid-19 has hastened changes in the talent landscape and exacerbated skills shortages in the Middle East. Employers are now fighting for talent and skills not previously considered. As we come out of the pandemic, talent leaders have a huge opportunity in this region to redefine their strategies in order to find – and keep – the right talent and build diverse, fair and inclusive companies.
On 3rd November we’re bringing together senior industry leaders to connect at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Dubai to share knowledge and source solutions to their talent challenges. This fast-paced event will combine insight from senior talent leaders and solution providers delivering insight, experience and expertise through punchy presentations, panel Q&A and roundtable discussion.
The event ends with our popular networking lunch on the stunning terrace to give you the opportunity to reconnect with peers in a relaxed setting.
