About the Event

Who We Are

TALiNT In-House Leaders is the largest free Talent Acquisition and HR event programme with events in UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East and Asia. The events combine industry leading keynote talks, interactive discussion sessions and relaxed social networking opportunities which means our delegates derive a multitude of business leading ideas and benefits.

Our range of webinars give audiences an insight into a particular topic and will last for around 45 minutes to an hour. These sessions will involve knowledge sharing from an industry practitioner and solution provider with a hosted interactive Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to connect online with peers, take a brief step back from work to re-energise and take away some great ideas.

Event Roundup

Students on Lidl’s graduate scheme are continually learning; they are paired with a regional training consultant throughout and also complete development courses over the two years.

Milkround found in its recent research that 84 per cent of Generation Z said they will look to leave their current role in under two years, and for 29 per cent, they’ll be leaving in pursuit of new skills.

As part of its updated digital recruitment process, EY developed an immersive online platform and job simulation where the content candidates engage with can be used as part of the assessment process.

Employers need to be leveraging their employer brand and increasing visibility with graduates, JobTeaser stressed.
