About the Event

Join us on Friday 17th September 2021 for our TALiNT Advantage: Emerging Talent Summit.

New talent, in the form of graduates, apprentices and Kick Start applicants, is entering the workplace after a bewildering year of remote study, cancelled classes and exam disruption.  That does not mean they don’t know what they want to do next – this is a focused, driven and ambitious generation who see beyond existing working methods and has embraced a rapidly changing landscape.

These candidates are your future workforce, leaders and C-Suite executives – how can you be assured they want to work for your organisation?

We will be hearing first hand from our expert speakers on how they are driving success in emerging talent.

Speakers & Topics

New entrants to the workplace have left education in the middle of a pandemic. It will be more important that ever to provide a great landing experience as they come into the workplace, whether as a graduate, apprentice or school-leaver.

We will be hearing from emerging talent experts on their own experiences of creating, planning and delivering an exceptional experience for their early career hires.
