When starting a new job means sitting at the same desk as the last one, how can employers create a sense of brand loyalty and belonging in their new employees? Talent Leaders are concerned by the increasing rate of candidate drop outs between job offer and start date, not only delaying recruitment timescales but losing the talent needed by the organisation.
We will be exploring creative and impactful ways of creating a compelling onboarding experience in order to increase new starter retention.
