About the Event

Join us on Thursday 11th March for our TALiNT In-House Leaders event on getting the most out of your talent tech: screening, onboarding and beyond.

Employers needed to keep hiring in the lockdown pandemic. In-house TA teams moved swiftly to no-contact recruitment processes to meet the new talent needs of their organisations. HR suddenly had a greater voice and a seat at the board table with the people agenda taking priority. There is a new focus on understanding what employees will need to thrive in this brave new workplace.

At this event, solutions providers, senior HR and talent leaders will share insight on the evolution of recruitment technologies during 2020 and consider how this will impact how we recruit, manage and develop employees in, and beyond 2021. This promises to be an insightful event with presentations from industry experts and plenty of opportunity for questions and peer discussion, hosted in a virtual setting.

Speakers & Topics

We will be exploring how tools and systems are transforming the world of talent acquisition and what impact that is having on the world of recruitment and talent management.  Topics will include the evolution of technology in screening and assessment, cloud-based collaborative working platforms, remote workforce management and the repurposing of existing technology.
