TALiNT Partners, the global network of workforce leaders, and Defiant Strategies, the globally recognized premier workforce and total talent advisory firm led by industry veteran Bryan Peña, today announced a strategic partnership to introduce a new conference experience within the established Talent & TIARAs programme. Designed jointly, this expanded programme will, for the first time, bring together the full workforce ecosystem at Talent & TIARAs on November 4-5, 2026 at JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown.

This new stream responds to a structural shift in how the industry convenes.
