TALiNT Partners Launches the Scale Collective in Collaboration with Jump Advisory

TALiNT Partners has launched the TALiNT Partners Scale Collective, powered by Jump Advisory, a new membership community created to help scaling recruitment and staffing leaders navigate one of the most significant periods of transformation the industry has faced. 

Designed specifically for ambitious agency leaders, the Scale Collective combines peer learning, strategic advisory support, industry benchmarking and practical accountability to help staffing businesses scale sustainably and make better commercial decisions. 

The programme has been developed in partnership with Jump Advisory founders Howard Greenwood and Dave Pye, two of the recruitment industry’s most experienced scale-up leaders. Together, they have built and led recruitment businesses from start-up through to international growth and have advised more than 250 agencies globally. 

The Scale Collective has been created in response to the reality many recruitment leaders are facing today: continuous structural change across leadership, technology, AI adoption, client expectations and operational delivery. 

For many staffing businesses, growth is no longer simply about increasing headcount or revenue. It is about building stronger leadership capability, clearer divisional accountability, better use of data and technology, and creating businesses resilient enough to adapt to what comes next. 

Through a combination of monthly webinars, in-person events, TALiNT IQ access and facilitated peer discussions, members will gain direct insight from agency leaders who have already solved the challenges they are now facing. 

The programme will focus on three core growth themes:

  • Technology and AI adoption
