The feedback was incredibly positive with an NPS score of 62 and some fabulous testimonials (a selection of which are below).
In 2019 we go again, this time with more of a focus on the biggest challenge facing employers: when it comes to filling jobs do you in-house, outsource or automate?
The Tipping Point brings together key players from across the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment world to debate and discuss the issues affecting the industry in an engaging and interactive environment in front of a senior audience.
The objective is to debate and discuss key talent and recruitment issues from improving D&I to the impact of AI. Whilst the topics are strategic we equally seek to explore practical solutions to enable employers to take away meaningful actions points they can implement.
The heart of the Tipping Point is a series of panel debates comprising senior executives from large, high profile employers and leaders from major talent solution providers and HR technology firms.
Each panel member makes an opening statement of c2 minutes before a 30 minute panel discussion. There would then be a moderated Q&A with questions being tweeted and curated or asked spontaneously by the audience.
Each participant would then be given a one-minute summary statement.
Before each session the audience will be asked a key question relevant to the discussion and then asked to vote again at the end of the session.
Panellists will be the senior executives in the recruitment and talent sectors typically, Heads of Talent for FTSE 100 Businesses and Professional services, large RPO, Partners and CEOs.
The audience will primarily be senior industry practitioners – HR Directors and Heads of TA and Resourcing with some representation from RPO, Recruitment Agency CEOs and functional heads of tech firms.
The panel session topics will include:
There will be ample networking opportunities during the day followed by a drinks reception and a formal dinner in the evening.
Confirmed panellists from organisations such as Royal Mail, GlaxoSmithkline, GE and Rolls Royce.
The day will be co-chaired by Ken Brotherston, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners and Gary Browning, industry leader and ex CEO of Penna plc.
