Tony is Institute Director at IES. He has worked in employment policy and research for the last twenty years, in a range of roles spanning central government and independent institutes. He has particular expertise in labour market policy and analysis; the design, delivery and evaluation of employment and skills programmes and supporting organisations to understand and apply evidence of ‘what works’ in employment policy and service delivery.
Dan Lucy is a Chartered Psychologist and Director of HR Research and Consulting at IES. He was previously Head of Research at Roffey Park Institute and a consultant at PA Consulting. He leads IES’ work using data, evidence and insight to influence HR practice and shape organisation strategy in areas such as the future of work, health and wellbeing, employee voice and engagement, workforce planning, recruitment and retention.
