As we look to the horizon of 2024 and beyond in recruitment, we’re finally seeing a transformational change in the way the industry delivers services and how its value is perceived.   Simon Fanshawe OBE is the co-founder of diversitybydesign, his book “The Power of Difference” was the Chartered Management Institute’s Business Book of the Year, he was one of the six original co-founders of Stonewall.
