Improving DEI in APAC is not a “one size fits all” challenge
When it comes to diversity, the APAC region is a complex landscape with progress and challenges varying widely across wide cultural and demographic differences.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion have risen to the top of candidate requirement, according to Google’s “Year in Search” report, search terms relating to “gender equality”, “cultural diversity” and “inclusive education” rose by 45% in the last year.
How are employers across the region responding to attract the best talent?
On 18th May, TALiNT Partners will be partnering with regional experts from AMS to host a round table discussion for senior talent leaders. In a facilitated 90-minutes session, we will reach beyond the headlines to consider action for change such as:
• Building a culture of inclusivity and belonging
• Removing barriers to disabled talent
• Creating a space of neurodiverse talent to thrive
• Removing gender-biased behaviour and practices
• Creating a sense of belonging for LGBTQ+ talent
Attendees will shape the focus based on what resonates most for your organization; there is a lot to talk about.
Attendees will also receive a delicious hamper to enjoy during the session.
