As we look to the horizon of 2024 and beyond in recruitment, we’re finally seeing a transformational change in the way the industry delivers services and how its value is perceived. What made leaders succeed in the past is no longer a guarantee of future success. Recruiters embracing new skills, talent, tech, and data strategies are best placed to survive the downturn and thrive in the upturn.

Leaders must adapt to new models and management approaches – and stay ahead of client and candidate-led change – to compete for the highest value business in recruitment.

  Simon Fanshawe OBE is the co-founder of diversitybydesign, his book “The Power of Difference” was the Chartered Management Institute’s Business Book of the Year, he was one of the six original co-founders of Stonewall.
