Current Talent Challenges Being Faced by Workforce Leaders
Workforce leaders have been faced with a truly unique set of challenges over the last year. Whether it’s figuring out how to make hybrid working work, hiring in a market with acute talent shortages and continually evaluating new tech innovations, it can all feel a bit overwhelming.
To help you understand how other organizations are meeting some of these challenges, I would like to invite you to join an upcoming in-person roundtable, where we will bring together a small group of HR, Talent Acquisition, Contingent Workforce and Procurement leaders from across the United States to debate and discuss these issues.
This is part of a program where we are looking at regional recruitment challenges across the nation, and in this session, we will focus on the states in the north east.
You don’t have to be based in these states to attend, so if they are covered in your remit, you are welcome to attend as you will find this worthwhile.
