TALiNT Partners & PeopleScout: Strategic outputs for the role of TA

In May we held a virtual ‘scoping session’ with a select group of global Talent Acquisition leaders, including our TIARA Awards industry judges and independent advisory board, to identify the fundamental structural issues that Talent functions and operations will need to consider to be fit for purpose in today’s market. Their specific areas of focus were:

• Demand planning
• CEO/Exec Committee buy-in for appropriate investment
• TA team up-skilling
• Re-tooling your Employer brand
• Creating an effective OVP (office value proposition)

Having scoped and identified the issues we now move to the next key question: what can actually be done?
