Our Annual Talent Leaders Summit looks at the big talent issues facing employers in Australia & will take place on 15th November in Sydney!
As the world of work continues to evolve at speed, organisations are exploring new avenues to harness and develop talent in every form it takes. And when it comes to confident decision-making there is nothing more enabling than getting together with peers to share challenges, experiences and great insight!
Through keynote presentations, panel Q&A, and roundtable discussion we’ll hear from thought leaders in TA and solutions experts, giving a multi-dimensional view of the evolving recruitment and candidate markets.
What can I expect?
To give you an idea, take a moment to read this feedback from Lauren Keogh, Talent Director M&C Saatchi who gave a fantastic presentation last year.
“I stood up and told the room I was nervous and slightly intimidated by their brilliance. That I didn’t have all the answers but hoped they’d come along for the journey with me and that they did. I shared with the room and they shared it with me right back. A fantastic day that lit my fire and reignited my love for our discipline and the community within it. A huge thank you to the brilliant team at TALiNT Partners and my fellow Panel Contributors and key note speakers. The discussion during (and after!) instilled certainty and excitement for the impact Talent Acquisition teams are making across industries and geographies”
