Everyone’s talking about AI agents right now, but when it comes to HR, people, talent and workforce functions, most leaders are still trying to work out one thing: what would you actually trust one to do?

This 60-minute interactive workshop powered by Eightfold AI, is designed to make that conversation practical. We’ll explore where agents can genuinely add value across HR, TA and workforce management, where the risks sit, and what needs to be in place before introducing them into real workflows.

This is not a technical deep dive or another AI trends session. It’s built for leaders who want to make informed decisions, ask better questions and understand what good looks like before investing time or budget.

The workshop will be led by Khyati Pal, a business transformation specialist with expertise across operational design, data architecture and technology-led change in recruitment and professional services. Over the past 18 months, Khyati has focused specifically on agentic AI, developing practical experience in how agents are designed, governed and applied in real business environments.

By the end of the session, you will:

• Learn to identify useful applications vs automation disguised as AI
• Break down HR and TA work into tasks agents can support safely
• Build an agent concept around a real business challenge
• Understand the governance, data and operating foundations needed before implementation
