Kyle Walters is the Head of Talent Acquisition at FirstKey Homes, he oversees the TA department and employment brand for a top company in the Single-Family Rental space. With over 17 years of experience in the TA space and 10 years of managing national teams, he is a proven leader and a strategic business partner who can transform and improve the TA function in enterprise, high-growth, PE backed, and start-up environments.
Kyle is passionate about building and managing remote teams, developing and deploying metric-based recruiting processes, and enhancing the hiring manager and candidate experience. he holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and have a strong background in data analytics, which enables me to leverage data-driven insights and best practices to optimize the TA performance and outcomes.
