About this Event
Join TALiNT Partners and a select group of HR, Talent and Procurement Leaders at this in-person dinner at Tamarine Restaurant in Palo Alto.
TA or Supply Chain, who should own direct sourcing and does it matter?
Recently, we have been hearing and seeing some tension between TA and Procurement as to who should own direct sourcing. Procurement has always managed contingent workers and thinks it should continue, they see contingent workers as a commodity in many cases. TA is realizing that direct sourcing is leveraging the company brand which has usually been their domain and are afraid using it for contingent attraction will confuse the permanent candidates they are pursuing. This is just sample of their concerns.
Along with people from both sides of the argument, and executives from one of the nation’s foremost workforce solutions firm, AMS, this discussion will be really interesting and one of the most important topics you will discuss.
As well as enjoying the fine food at Tamarine’s premier private room, the event is a wonderful opportunity to learn, share and network with other industry executives in a relaxed, informal setting.
If you’ve not attended one of our sessions before below are some testimonials from previous guests.
