As Head of Solutions and Advisory for Hays UK&I, he has a history of building and driving innovative strategic talent programs that deliver. Jason brings a ‘real world’ pragmatic approach to consulting and guiding organisations through talent challenges.
Jason is passionate about inclusion and has been active in the space for over 14 years, from writing his thesis on ‘diversity being a strategic necessity’ to leading Hays’ internal and external efforts to educate and enable change. He is the Chair of the Hays Black Network, a Board Member for Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) supporting their DEI Council, Race Equity and Inclusion programme and Global Women’s Leadership programme, and a mentor to two growing businesses. He’s led the design, implementation, delivery and evolution of early career programmes with organisations in a variety of sectors, most commonly in professional services and technology.
Lynn leads the Global Early Careers Advisory and Solutions practice, supporting clients on all aspects of their Early Career strategy.
Lynn has more than a decade of in-house experience in HR and as Head of Early Careers. She headed up Global Early Careers at Barclays and latterly was Global Head of Technology and Operations Early Careers for HSBC. She has undertaken roles such as HRBP, Business and Change Management. She is an expert in her field using her experience to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership to clients when supporting their Early Career strategies. She has led global teams of up to 250 to deliver across the Early Career lifecycle, from strategy, marketing & attraction, and assessment through to programme design and is passionate about making a difference in the Early years’ arena.
She has a unique perspective to partner with our clients in developing impactful Early Career solutions.
At 16, Ingmar founded his first company and later established a consulting boutique, advising enterprises such as Steelcase and Walmart. While studying at St. Gallen, he felt there was no job platform which truly solved the problems students were facing, and while co-heading a student society, he felt the positive impact that pre-professional societies can have on their members and founded Huzzle, an early careers platform connecting students, societies, and companies. Ingmar’s mission is to assist young individuals in finding fulfilling work.
Sarah is a strategic software sales leader with a proven track record within the Talent Acquistion space globally. She has won a variety of awards including Winner Best Software Account Director, Influential Businesswoman awards 2021, Top Ten Business Women to watch 2022 and Software Solutions Account Director of the Year (UK). Sarah has a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years experience within TA both in direct and indirect sales.
