TALiNT Partners & Reed TS: TA/HR Leaders Dinner

I’ve probably been to more recruiting conferences than anyone else in the world, which means I screwed up somewhere along my career path. That’s because most of the time, it’s the same consultants and vendors talking about the same stuff without any interaction or opportunities to meaningfully engage with other practitioners and leaders. Talent & TIARAS was a refreshing exception in that it was driven by the practitioners rather than the vendors, the sessions were engaging and interactive, and the main presentations were more about how to than what if – practice beats theory every day. And that practice was pretty perfect at this event.
