Rainmaker from the world of umbrellas joins TALiNT Partners…

Today we announce a great new addition to the TALiNT Partners team as James Lovejoy joins us as Business Development Manager for our growing recruitment leader network. James began his career in recruitment at Reed and for the last five years has held sales and client service roles at Parasol and Brookson, working with a wide spectrum of Staffing & Talent Solution firms.

“We’re very excited to have James in our team,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “A proven growth and relationship manager, with a decade in recruitment and related sales, James will bring great industry knowledge and insight to our vendor programme.

“After 22% membership growth in 2023, and 88% member retention, we have ambitious plans for the continued development of our network in 2024. James will support the next phase of growth of our member community and the development of our strategic partners, both in the UK and globally, as we continue our expansion into the US, MENA, and APAC.”

James will work alongside Tessa Atherall, Membership & Events Manager, who said: “In addition to our expanding global programme, TALiNT Partners members now have access to an online platform to connect with peers and discover curated insights from both our vendor and employer networks and TIARA campaigns. From founders of high growth recruitment firms to senior execs of the world’s biggest and best solutions providers, we’re helping members to grow better businesses and design better services.”

Commenting on his first week at TALiNT Partners, James said: “I’ve had the pleasure of meeting nearly everyone in the business, even Ray Culver & Kris Clelland from opposite sides of the globe heading up our US and APAC programmes. Everyone has made me feel extremely welcome. It’s clear that there’s a wealth of industry insight and experience shared between a highly respected team within the talent space. I look forward to building on TALiNT’s already impressive network and partners, and catching up with some familiar faces at upcoming events.”

Ken Brotherston, CEO of TALiNT Partners, commented: “The evolution of TALiNT Partners’ vendor programme continues apace and our ability to support leaders of the industry’s largest and most dynamic staffing and solutions firms will be significantly enhanced with James’ appointment.”
